PTFE adhesive sheet is fiberglass fabric impregnated with PTFE dispersion and coated with high temperature, pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive on one side. The tape offers excellent release characteristics whilst being able to cope with extreme temperatures between -73-260℃ (-100-500)℉. PTFE coating offers anti-stick releasing surface for heat-sealing equipment, welding and heat press machine, food tray liner and chemical masking. Self adhesive PTFE sheet is also ideal as insulating tape for dielectric sealing and embossing use at high temperature, ground insulation also provides good wearing resistance.
Adhesive backed Teflon sheet 0.08mm consists of 0.08mm PTFE Teflon coated fiberglass fabric and 0.05mm pressure sensitive silicone adhesive.
