Non stick conveyor belt from Scifluo is made of PTFE coated fiberglass be fabricated with edge reinforcement, joint and tracking system if needed. Different thickness of PTFE fabric can be made into conveyor belt to fit different applications, popular thickness include 0.25mm, 0.35mm, 0.40mm, 0.55mm, 0.65mm, 0.80mm, 1mm. With PTFE coating, the conveyor belt has non stick surface, withstand temperature up to 315℃(600℉) and offers good mechanical property, it can be made with joint or seamless. Applications of non stick conveyor belt include heating tunnels, baking ovens, heat sealing, fusing press and UV curing chambers.

Food processing
Non stick belt is coated with food grade material, can contact food directly, widely used for belt dryer in food industry for baking, cooling, vacuum drying and freezing. Typical application is for tortilla press process and flat bread baking. Our type F025, F035 are suitable for this application, Scifluo also have blue tortilla press belt which is specially oil and abrasion resistant.

Garment industry
Non stick conveyor belt seamless is typically used in fusing pressing process, belt in few sizes like 270mm x 840mm is not able to be made into seamless, Scifluo will make this kind of belt with overlap joint or into laminated which is also seamless. The material can be anti-static or not upon request. Our type F035S and F040S are used in this industry.
